And speaking of lovely looking shops, I now have an eye out on Clarissa's Etsy shop. I'm simply drawn to the drab and stormy browns and greys of these beautiful deconstructed and raw pieces. Sigh.
I'm an easy-going grad student and freelance editor with dreams of being Björk's personal designer. That rare thing that is my paycheque goes to those who make me clothes and those who write me books. I love Classical Latin, NY, and collecting pretty things.
This is my personal blog containing my random musings, which tend to focus on my favorite fashion finds. I feature independent designers who use sustainable or recycled materials, have handmade or local production, and/or limited run collections.
Most of these photos are not my own. Unless specifically stated, the pictures posted are used only for my personal commentary and not for commercial reasons. I do not get compensated for blogging about these photos and the pieces contained within - I simply want to share the viewing experience with you. And my wearing experience, in the very likely event that I give in to temptation and buy them for myself.

I think you have just discovered the inscription on my future tombstone: Beautifully Drab. I like it!
It does have a nice ring to it, doesn't it? I do hope the future is far away though.
