Sorry for the barrage of photos. It's just so weird for me to find a label that I've somehow never heard of before, and yet I instantly feel at home when I do, as I love practically every single piece. Through my new favorite blog, Haute Macabre, I've just discovered Vancouver-based Mandula. The beautiful Hungarian-born designer behind the label, Hajnalka Mandula, is inspired by nature and minimalism, resulting in the most gorgeous organic designs. The colours, draping, asymmetric hems, layer-ability, and somewhat quirky details really meet all my fashion needs. Sigh.

BL, you continually show us the most unusual yet wearable lines! I love looking at fashion blogs, but sometimes the clothing is just too extreme to even consider, especially for those of us who don't want to look like a teenager but still want to be fashionable. Still other bloggers show us the designers that everyone recognizes. You always manage to find the right combination of fresh, different, wearable and obtainable! Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Linda. This might be my favorite comment ever. This is exactly what my aim is with my blog. :)
I love Mandula's clothing. Unique, wearable, beautiful.
I only own one piece but I send all my Vancouver women clients to the store - even if just to check it out.
Gorgeous!
